Terms & Conditions

1. The total payment limit per month is 250 Qu Point per User.
2. Month means the beginning of every calendar month.
3. This service is limited to residential utility bills only.
4. The processing of bill payment will take up to 2 business days.
5. The daily cut-off time to send in your utility bill is 4:30pm. Any bills sent after the designated time will be considered sent in the next day.
6. We reserve the right to reject any bill payment that are not listed above.
7. The full Qu Point payment has to be transferred before the processing of your bill payment.

Exclusion & Limitation of Liability

Qu Exchange shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, for (i) any loss of profit, business or revenue, (ii) any costs or expenses, or any special, indirect or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, suffered or incurred by the User as a result of or in connection with this Campaign.
